Yes,a hidden beach.  Literally a hidden beach.

We rode a tricycle for P15 per person to the Hidden Beach just a few distance away from Poblacion, Aloguinsan, Cebu.

1000 meters from the Aloguinsan highway, all you can see are trees, mud and grass. There is no beach in sight,  nor any clue that will tell you that there is a beach nearby.

Hmmm this beach is so mysterious.  It's like an oyster with a pearl hidden inside.  And can you believe this?

As we neared the entrance to the Hidden Beach Resort, we saw this sign. Wow!! The Entrance fee is only P10.

A unique open cottage only cost P250.00.  And then finally, we had a glimpse of the sea.

The Hidden Beach slowly unfolds its untold beauty.

But first we have to walked past these gigantic rock formations.

And here it comes, the jewel emerges from its shell.  We were just so mesmerized at the sight of its beauty - RAW nature.

Coconut trees abound at the beach providing so much shade and cool breeze in the area.

Long stretch of fine white sands adorned the beach front.

And it seems we owned the whole area 'coz there  was no one else but us.

You'll have mystery going there but you'll have greater adventure going home, as you get to walk amidst the vast span of nature with some great views of the mountains.  There is no transportation that goes into the area unless you agreed beforehand with the tricycle driver that he'll fetch you at some particular time, don't forget to ask for his mobile number.

Hi..do you have a contact# for the owner or caretaker of the Hidden Beach Resort. I’ve read from the other blog that this resort has 2-4 rooms only that can be use for overnight stay. Is that true? We actually like to make a reservation.

Hi Anonymous. Thanks for asking. I actually took a photograph of their Signboard along the Aloguinsan Highway and their mobile number was printed there - 0921-545-4784. So please try it out and hope you'll enjoy your stay there.

More lightly do his sorrows press upon a man, when to a friend or fellow traveller he tells his griefs.
